Akon has a "Nosy Neighbor" for his upcoming album "Stadium Music." It all starts off classy enough with Akon staring out his window at "the best creation of woman that I ever saw in a long, long time." Wonder where this is all going? Uh oh-in come the thumping club beats. "Oh my God, she's doing it," Akon warbles. "Takin' it off! Takin' it off!"
